Membership Policy
Our members and their guests are advised that we operate a strict smart/casual dress code. No hoodies, caps or tracksuits are permitted however trainers and jeans are allowed. We are an over 18 venue and require a photo ID either a driving licence (including provisional) or a passport to gain entry. Please be aware that we do not accept photocopies. Your co-operation is greatly appreciated.
Reservations
We recommend that you make a reservation to avoid having to wait for a table during peak times. It is free to book and cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. Any reservations that are not cancelled will be charged a cancellation fee. To reserve now please book here. For bookings requested on Fridays and Saturdays, we recommend that enquiries are made at least a day in advance to avoid disappointment. Please see our terms and conditions for our full policy.
Garden Policy
We operate a one shisha between two people policy and also welcome non-smokers to the garden where this does not apply. We have a two hour maximum stay at times when we are busy. Usually only applicable on Fridays and Saturdays.
We use hot coal on our premises and accept no liability for any damages to clothing or personal belongings.
Last entry is at midnight.
Service Policy
A discretionary service charge of 10 % will be added, and a compulsory service charge of 12.5% will be added to tables of 8 or more.
The bar serves alcohol only when it is ancillary to a meal. Last orders may be made up to 11:45pm, (or 11:15pm on Sundays).
The kitchen serves hot food until midnight on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. Desserts until 00:30
On Friday and Saturday, hot food until 00:30 and desserts until 01:00.
